We used their services once before for our Mother’s funeral in 2022 and engaged them again for our Father’s funeral just this last week. We were once again met with professionalism, understanding, support and helpful guidance. Their calm, open approach and attention to detail was so reassuring. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Ian & Amy at Surrey Green Burials were on hand every step of the way, whether it was answering questions or simply providing comfort. Ian Parsons, the director  and Vicki Mir, the office manager, were a reassuring presence. Surrey Green Burials : I found this company to be very helpful & informative especially when I had to organise my partners cremation from the other side of the world and in the middle of the night NZ time ! They were very competitively priced too. Their Funeral Palour is easily accessible with parking close by and is very pleasant and filled with beautifully kept plants by Vicky the manager. Funerals are always a difficult time for the family and friends involved but Ian and Vicky from Surrey Green Burials could not have done more to make the event easy and comfortable for us. From incorporating the wishes of my dear Friend Kevin to organising a fantastic memory-laden funeral. everything went like clockwork. The kindness and empathy shown by the whole team to all of us  was just incredible and was so much appreciated. Surrey Green Burials respected this wish and everything ran very smoothly and efficiently.  Our mum died at home and the undertakers who came to take her away were considerate and dignified - we were very touched that they left a red rose on her bed.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Can we start by saying how professional and caring Ian and Vicky we're whist we made arrangements for our mums funeral. We needed the strength to deal with such an emotional time and Ian and Vicky were there for us from our first chat up to mums funeral. Ian was there when we decided to pop in and he pulled up a chair and we chatted even though we knew he may have been busy. Nothing was to much for him. Mums funeral was beautiful.  The casket was unique and guests did comment on it and how lovely it was. We decided to have eco friendly bamboo with a beautiful spray of yellow and lilac flowers and garland around the top. Perfect for our mum. Ian also recommended a gentlemen  called Nick to be our celabrate.  He was so kind and patient and made mums funeral service just perfect. Nothing was to much for Ian and Vicky.
