How do I book a funeral with Surrey Green Burials funeral director, If I don’t have a pre-paid funeral Plan?

Before you call Surrey Green Burials about a funeral, you will need to know your membership number as you will need to give it to Surrey Green Burials. If you don’t have a membership number, then just let us know which charity you would like to support.

If I already have a funeral plan with different funeral plan provider, can I change my funeral director to Surrey Green Burials, and will there be a charge for doing this?

Yes, you can change your funeral director to Surrey Green Burials if you already have a funeral plan booked. There is NO FEE for making this change, this is completely FREE. You will simply need to get in touch with Golden Charter to make this amendment on your plan.

What is the professional fee?

The professional fee is the charge made by Surrey Green Burials for providing their professional services. The fee covers the cost of the conveying of the deceased, use of a hearse, and the arrangement of all necessary paperwork.
